Refund Policy

At East Massage, our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for all clients. We are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account both our business practices and your rights as a consumer. Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly if there is an issue with their service or purchase.
Services covered
Our refund policy applies to all massage services provided by East Massage, including remedial, relaxation, and specialty treatments. Services that have been fully rendered are generally not eligible for refunds unless there is a significant issue affecting the quality or delivery of the service.
In the opinion of East Massage, if there is a significant issue affecting the quality or delivery of the service, as applicable we may offer a re-treatment, partial refund or a full refund.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Clients who wish to cancel an appointment are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
No-shows and late arrivals that result in a shortened session are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping appointments as scheduled.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased from East Massage are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be used before their expiry date and are valid only for the services specified. If a voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us; however, replacement is not guaranteed. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.
How to Request a Refund or Review
To request a refund or review a transaction, please contact East Massage with the following details:
- your full name
- appointment date
- proof of purchase
- reason for request
- any supporting information
East Massage will endeavour to e will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If your refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Consumer Rights
Our refund policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and does not override your statutory consumer rights.
